Service policy

 

Working Hours and Response Time

We are available Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (except on public holidays).

We usually respond to client requests within 1 (one) business day. However, for emergency situations we strive to become available as soon as possible, usually within less than 2 (two) hours.

 

Pricing

The prices of our products and services are uniform and can be found in our price list. As a principle, we charge all clients in the same way. However, clients who make high volume purchases may be eligible for a discount.

For on-demand IT work, we charge by the man-hour spent working on the problem. Minimum charge for on-demand work is € 45. Emergency work performed during weekends is charged at a rate 75% higher than that posted in the price list.

 

Settlement of Accounts

Invoices must be paid immediately unless otherwise specified. For orders totalling over € 500 we usually request an advance fee of 30% of the final price.

 

Warranties

We fully honour the manufacturer's warranty for all the hardware products we supply.

 

Client Lock-In

We absolutely oppose policies and practices that create lock-in. All clients are free to mix and match our products and services with those of any other corporation or individual (provided that they honour our products' End-User License Agreements), or to switch to a different IT service provider altogether, without any hindrance from us. We will also happily set up and support hardware or software products purchased by the client from third parties.
